When printing the updated pages, set your printer to custom paper size,
make the size 7" x 8 1/2". Set the printer to duplex so that
it can print both sides. If your printer does not have these options, OfficeMax,
Staples or other office supply and printing stores can print the file correctly,
punch the holes and insert the page(s) in your book for less that $1.00
and I found that most places will do it for free. If you can't get it printed
correctly, send us an emai.l and we will print the page(s), punch it and
mail it to you shipping address.
